BluePlanner was born as a Sales Planning & Trade Promotion Management tool from the collaboration between business units of Danone in the United Kingdom and the consulting firm Axessio. Between 2004 and 2006, the solution evolved into a successful collaborative platform. BluePlanner received the Danone global award for best promotion tool in 2006.UpClear was established in 2007 and took ownership of BluePlanner to take it further. The solution was completely redeveloped using the latest .NET technology. Its technical architecture was made scalable and highly configurable to address the needs of wider markets and requirements.
UpClear started commercializing the new BluePlanner software in the UK and US markets in 2008. As it continues to enhance BluePlanner and introduces new solutions to the Consumer Goods market, UpClear maintains its guiding principals: industry focus and client collaboration.
